The following services are available:

• Utility Billing

• Would you like to receive your utility bill by email?  If so, click the Paperless Billing link below to sign up.

• To change your profile, password or payment information, click on Member Profile on the top right hand corner of the page.
• Payments are limited to $9,999
• Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. 
• Echecks/ACH now offered.

• Payments made before 4pm will be posted on the City's books the same day.  Payments made after 4pm, on weekends or holidays will be posted on the City's books the next working day.

• If services have been disconnected and payment is being made to reinstate service on the same day, payment shall be made prior to 3pm.  Payments made after 3pm to reinstate service will be reconnected the following day unless an after hour fee is paid at the Customer Service Office at 102 W 7th Street or over the phone at 620-252-6100.
